Agreement in principle

We generally provide indicative terms immediately and a decision in principle within 24 hours of the application, if not sooner.​

Legals & Valuation

We will appoint an approved valuation team from our panel to inspect the property. Simultaneously, Peninsula Capital and the borrower will instruct their solicitors to commence the legal work.​

Drawdown

Once the legal work is finalised, we will be ready to release the funds. Our solicitor will transfer the funds to the borrower’s solicitor, completing the process.​
